At the DIAMOND Award Luncheon, the Chamber recognizes a professional woman in Boca Raton and South Palm Beach Country that contributes to the vibrancy of the community. A DIAMOND recipient is a Dedicated, Inspiring, Accomplished, Motivated, Outstanding, Noble and Driven woman.
For 12 years, The Chamber has presented the DIAMOND Award for the following deserving women: Mary Wong (2007), Rocki Rockingham (2008), Victoria Rixion (2009), Cheryl Budd (2010), Margaret Mary Shuff (2011), Dr. Marta Rendon (2012), Jackie Reeves (2013), Yvonne Boice (2014), Mary Sol Gonzalez (2015), All past award recipients were recognized at the 10 year anniversary luncheon. The Boca Chamber is excited to honor Ethel Isaacs Williams, Senior Vice President of Development and Public Affairs, at Kaufman Lynn Construction, as the 2019 DIAMOND Award Recipient. Ethel currently serves as Immediate Past Chair of the Boca Chamber’s Board of Directors. Her community involvement is extensive and as such she is a part of several civic and professional associations including the National and Palm Beach County Bar association. She credits her passion for serving others to her civic-minded family who instilled in her early in life that “to whom much is given, much is required.”

In addition to celebrating Ethel Isaacs Williams, we will also be honoring the 2019 Pearl Award Recipient. The Pearl Award is given to a young female who is a graduate of the Boca Chamber's Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!). This young woman is achieving success and shines bright as a rising star in the community. The award celebrates an individual that we believe stands out as a pearl of potential in the next generation of business leaders. Our 2019 Pearl Award recipient is: Casey Hill of Piston Trainer. Hill is a junior at Boca Raton Community High School, and has always exhibited a passion for music. She began playing trumpet in fourth grade and now plays over twenty instruments and composes her own music. While part of the Boca Chamber’s Young Entrepreneur’s Academy Class of 2018, Casey developed the idea for her Piston Trainer, a device that teaches proper technique on piston-valve brass instruments. She officially launched her company in August of 2018. Casey’s future plan is to study musical therapy in college.
