Ed Gagliardi is an experienced executive, consultant and coach, with a successful track record in sales, marketing and team building, both in his own companies and in the corporate market. Holding both a BS and an MBA in Marketing, he has served as Interim President and EVP Sales and Marketing for Atlas Paper Mills, Miami, Fl. and Vice President of Marketing for both The Colgate Palmolive Company and Airwick Industries, Reckitt Benckiser. These 35 plus years of corporate leadership experience afforded Ed the skills needed to develop and build successful corporate and small business management teams.

Ed is also no stranger to success as both a business owner and competitive market player. He started his entrepreneurial journey founding and running his own consulting firm while acquiring an ActionCOACH business coaching franchise in South Florida. In this capacity he was able to utilize his wealth of experience for both business building and personal coaching.  His ability to lead clients and their teams has been with passion and heart.

Ed is currently utilizing the sum of his experience as the Chief Operating Officer of Life Audit Professionals LLC in Boca Raton, Florida. Working in tandem with clients’ trusted advisors, LAP specializes in auditing life insurance portfolios resulting in peace of mind for families and enhancing their legacies. LAP is in its fifth year of operation serving a community of attorneys, CPA’s, wealth managers and their clients.

Ed has four children, four grandchildren and makes his home in Boca Raton, Fl.
