The Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce’s Successful Women In Business or "SWIB" program was created to provide women the opportunity to network with other women business leaders on a regular basis. In January 2003, the Chamber hosted its Inaugural Successful Women In Business meeting where forty women met in the Chamber’s boardroom.

Today, the average attendance at a luncheon is over one hundred women. Each month we provide women the opportunity to network with one another in addition to hearing from a dynamic and successful woman business leader.
