North Broward Medical Center is a comprehensive, 409-bed healthcare facility conveniently located at Interstate 95 and Sample Road in Broward County. More than 650 physicians and 1,500 employees contribute to the high quality of patient care provided at the tax-assisted medical center. Designated as an Adult Level II Trauma Center, the Emergency Department is open around the clock to serve residents of Broward and nearby southern Palm Beach County. The center's goal is to help its patients stay at home, but the staff also works with the patient and family in its 32-bed private care center, at nursing homes and in adult congregate living facilities.
